Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Software QA Tester to work onsite and ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will test applications across multiple platforms, write clear reports for developers, collaborate with the development team, approve software releases, and contribute to hardware troubleshooting and repairs. You will also provide first-line customer support via phone and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive testing across mobile, desktop, and web applications.
* Write clear and actionable bug reports, change requests, and usability feedback.
* Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements, track fixes, and approve releases.
* Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
* Support hardware troubleshooting and repairs related to our products.
* Provide customer support through WhatsApp and phone, resolving queries efficiently.
* Maintain and improve QA processes, documentation, and testing tools.
* Ensure all software releases meet quality standards and business requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience in software testing and quality assurance across multiple platforms (mobile, PC, web).
* Strong skills in writing detailed bug reports and change requests.
* Familiarity with Agile development and collaborative team environments.
* Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair.
* Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
* Solid understanding of software development and QA lifecycles.
* Excellent communication skills for direct customer support via phone and WhatsApp.
* High attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Desirable
* Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Postman.
