Overview
The Retail Management Trainee Program is crafted to put young high potential profiles on the starting blocks for a successful retail career within FENDI. Working with the Retail Leaders (Department Manager, Operations Manager, In Store Marketing Manager, Assistant Store Manager), the Manager in Training will be equipped with a holistic view of the business to gain a 360 vision of the retail day-to-day management. Throughout a 2-year fast track career path, the Manager in Training will gain a leadership position to become a key player of the Fendi retail network: managing sales teams and driving the business with a forward-thinking mindset in line with Fendi's vision.
What is about? Your path
You will deep dive into Fendi Retail organization through a 2-assignments path:
1. 1st assignment – 12 months: Based in your home country, you will shadow a department manager to take the first steps within the retail environment: sales, after sales, clienteling, team management, morning briefings, stock management, back-of-house operations, and visual merchandising. You will also have a rotation after 6 months in another store (resort, outlets, department store).
2. 2nd assignment – 12 months: This assignment offers the opportunity to experience mobility in another country. As Department Manager in training, you will deep dive into a Department Store to experience the speed and complexity of this environment. You will develop your leadership perspective to inspire your team.

* Throughout the 2-year program you will be closely followed by the Development HR Department, Line Managers and Retail Managers

* Outstanding academic track record
* Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
* Forward-thinker and self-starter
* Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
* Potential to grow within the structure to become a retail leader
* Build a strong network with Fendi stores, customers and other luxury brands
* Sense of leadership to effectively drive the sales teams toward achieving objectives and retail performance
* Ensure the company policies are displayed at store level to meet Fendi standards
