Application Support Analyst - Poole - £30,000 - 34,000 Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will help ensure internal applications run smoothly, manage support tickets, monitor system integrations, and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Triage and manage support tickets across multiple applications, escalating issues as needed Monitor and resolve system integration errors between ERP, WMS, and other core systems Assist with change requests, bug tracking, and user acceptance testing Support end users across Finance, Operations, and other departments Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers to resolve issues efficiently Maintain documentation, guides, and internal knowledge resources Candidate Profile: Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Understanding of system integrations and data flows Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and customer support mindset Ability to prioritise effectively in a ticket-driven environment Desirable: ERP support experience (Business Central/NAV) Experience with Microsoft 365/SharePoint, FileMaker Familiarity with support systems (HaloITSM, Zendesk) This is an on-site role in Poole, with occasional travel to other sites as required.
