Greswold Greyhounds is Greswold Primary School's very own childcare setting. We wish to employ a vibrant and hard working Early Years Practitioner to work with our youngest children in the school's wraparound provision. The person we are looking for must be willing to get involved, work hard and become part of our small team as well as working on their own initiative. The qualities we require include honesty, reliability and enthusiasm. The position is being offered on a fixed term contract until 20th July 2026 and will be paid on Band B – £24,796 – £25,583 pro rata. Actual salary (based on Nov – July) circa £7,800. The role is for 32.5 hours per week, 8.30 am- 3.30 pm with an unpaid 30 minute lunch break, term time only. Extra hours in our before & after-school club and holiday club may be available. The role includes working on a daily basis with our children, planning, setting up and providing opportunities for learning and play. Due to the children's age the applicant must be willing and able to participate in providing personal care to our children. The successful applicant will be confident and friendly when communicating with children, colleagues and parents.
