Your Role As Head Chef, you will be the creative force behind our kitchen, driving menus, leading a passionate team, and championing fresh, seasonal produce from trusted local suppliers. You will: Develop and execute imaginative menus that balance classic and contemporary style. Lead, inspire, and train a talented brigade with positivity and professionalism. Uphold the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. Work closely with management to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction. Build relationships with local producers and artisans to showcase the best of the region. We are looking for someone who: Has proven experience as a Head or Senior Sous Chef in a similar setting. Brings a strong understanding of seasonal, locally inspired British cuisine. Leads by example, mentoring the team and fostering a positive kitchen culture.
