Role: Site Operations Manager – Transfer Station
You will be responsible for the efficient running across all aspects of my client’s company site, ensuring the smooth running of process.
This is a hand - on role supervising the activity of the site, including office and operative staff members.
In this role, you will be responsible for the effective processing and recycling of construction and household waste
You will be responsible for the transport department
You will be responsible for the development of the recycling site and increase production.
You will also be responsible for the P and L and experience of this is essential.
Experienced Required: Site Operations Manager – Transfer Station
A WAMITAB COTC non Haz treatment and transfer level 4 is essential.
Strong leadership skills are a prerequisite for the role.
Experience of working in a Transfer Station or similar environment previously is essential
Desirable Qualifications: Site Operations Manager
IOSH Managing Safely or higher Health and Safety qualification; NEBOSH / IOSH
CPC desirable
