Graduate Civil Engineer - Water - 2026 (Redditch). Join the 2026 Graduate Programme at Stantec, based in Redditch, to deliver innovative water engineering solutions for high-profile clients while developing engineering expertise in a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
* Solve engineering problems and contribute to project delivery in a collaborative team.
* Use design software and tools such as ArcGIS to carry out engineering calculations.
* Develop designs and produce drawings, reports, and presentations.
* Undertake site visits to collect and collate data.
* Work alongside and learn from skilled Senior and Principal Civil Engineers.
* Receive dedicated mentorship to support your journey to Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

Work Arrangement
