Responsibilities
* Accurately capture customer orders using AS400/SAP systems.
* Maintain trackers and reports with up-to-date information.
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
* Follow structured processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
* Collaborate with internal teams (MMID, Production Planning, Commercial) to meet customer needs.
* Maintain SOPs, customer data files, and other support documentation.
Key Requirements
* Proven customer service experience.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Calmly address customer concerns and complaints.
* Efficient call handling and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organisational and listening abilities.
* Professional awareness of tone and body language.
