An opportunity has arisen to join The University of Edinburgh Catering Department.
The role will be based at our largest catering unit; The John McIntyre Conference Centre located within Pollock Halls.
The John McIntyre Conference Centre is a 500-seater buffet style restaurant that provides approximately 28,000 meals per week during our student period and breakfast, lunch and dinner to our commercial guests year-round.
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will support the operational service delivery to our students and commercial guests throughout the year.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns.
The salary for this post is £26,093 to £28,778 per annum.
