As part of our Food & Beverage Shift Leadership Team, you will…
1. Lead the day-to-day operation of our restaurant's kitchen, following standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
2. Assist in delivering our performance targets against budget, manage stock, margins, and cost control.
3. Complete relevant administrative tasks such as safety and legislative compliance checks.
4. Lead and coach the team to ensure they work productively.
5. Engage and inspire the team to always be guest obsessed.
6. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, cooking 85% of your time, whilst also managing the kitchen standards on health, safety, and hygiene.

Experience and Qualifications
You may already be a Deputy Kitchen Manager or a Second Chef, which is great. Or maybe you’re an experienced Sous Chef looking for the next step! All we are looking for is…
* Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced kitchen or similar environment.
* Experience in managing operations, performance, resources, and cost control.
* Ability to confidently deal with guest concerns and resolve problems.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Strong decision-making ability.
