The Opportunity
The business is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Supply Chain to oversee and elevate its end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a pivotal leadership role in a growing company, with responsibility spanning in-house storage, production and distribution partners.
The successful candidate will lead on procurement, logistics, stock management and supplier performance, while ensuring compliance and sustainability remain at the heart of every operational decision.
You’ll also partner closely with leadership on new product development, ensuring launches are timely, costed accurately, and seamlessly integrated into existing systems.

What You’ll Do
* Oversee and monitor supply chain operations across production, in-house storage and distribution partners.
* Lead and manage supplier relationships — from sourcing and evaluation to risk assessment and performance reviews.
* Drive forecasting and demand planning, ensuring the business remains agile and resilient.
* Manage NPD supply chain readiness in collaboration with leadership.
* Maintain food safety compliance, ensuring documentation is always audit-ready.
* Analyse and report on supply chain performance, including landed costs, supplier metrics and stock accuracy.
* Develop contingency strategies for logistics, warehousing and supplier disruption.
* Improve efficiency in procurement, transport and packaging — without compromising sustainability commitments.
* Collaborate closely with Finance on costings and with Marketing on product launches.
* Support and develop operations and warehouse staff to build capability and resilience across the team.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics, ideally within FMCG, food & drink, or manufacturing.
* Strong background in supplier management, contracts and compliance frameworks.
* Solid knowledge of forecasting, stock control and demand planning.
* Proficiency in Excel and supply chain systems.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
