What You’ll Be Doing
Build and manage long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
Identify and generate new business leads
Promote the Simon Acres brand and grow your industry presence
Work toward targets and KPIs with a results-focused mindset
Match candidates to roles with insight, precision, and professionalism
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
Build a strong network within the KBB and Merchant industries

Sales-focused with a proven ability to close deals
Experienced in recruitment or sales (1 year preferred)
What You’ll Get
Competitive base salary (£28,000 - £30,000 + uncapped commission)

What You Need
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment (preferred)
Driving licence and ability to commute to Higham Ferrers (required)
GCSE or equivalent education (preferred)
360 recruitment experience (preferred but not essential)
