* Location: Natwest/Ulster Bank, Belfast City Centre - office-based training and graduate bay (7 weeks). Hybrid work after training. Great public transport links!
* Shifts: Full-time - 40 hours per week, between 07:00 and 01:00
* Training Duration: 3 weeks onsite, 4 weeks graduate bay onsite
* Probity Requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions, and Fraud checks; must evidence last 2 years employment and last 5 years address history.
Description of the Job
Provide proactive and reactive customer service to ensure customers meet their financial arrangements aligned with their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact, deliver outstanding customer service, and support organizational goals.
Educate customers on banking options, helping them choose suitable services.
Accurately and compliantly complete processes, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Take appropriate actions to ensure good customer outcomes, reviewing and mitigating gaps as needed.

What you'll do

Experience in customer service, relationship management, organizational skills, and familiarity with regulatory environments.
