Meet the Team As part of the Cisco's EMEA Partner Routes to Market and Sales organization, you will collaborate with local, European, and global teams to achieve and surpass business objectives. Your focus will be on working with key Cisco Partners in EMEA across various architectures, including Applications, Collaboration, Data Center, Cloud, Security, and Enterprise Network Solutions. Your Impact As an EMEA Partner Account Executive at Cisco, you will be the primary liaison for some of our Strategic ITSP's and GSI's, responsible for nurturing and growing our joint business. You will lead and implement go-to-market and transformation strategies across the EMEA region to drive Cisco's business growth. To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong sales and partner focus and deep understanding of Cisco solutions to serve as a trusted advisor and improve partner experiences. You will develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies to drive profitable business growth, coordinate with Cisco teams to deliver solutions, and lead complex negotiations with partners. Your responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities aligned with Cisco’s strategic priorities, develop and maintain strong relationships, advocate and coordinate cross functional teams to support and accelerate sales. You'll need to understand industry trends, build collaboration with partners, and engage team resources to ensure accountability in achieving goals. You'll assist partners in achieving business transformation and demonstrate how technology provides competitive advantages. Applying your financial skills and sales experience, you'll strive to expand Cisco's influence and share within partner account teams. You are comfortable presenting to executive audiences, both internally and externally. Minimum Qualifications You are a collaborative and consultative seller with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport across all levels within Cisco and our Partners. As an outcome-focused sales and business development professional, you possess a strong orientation toward achieving goals and driving performance. 5 years of sales experience combined with a deep understanding of channel dynamics. Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of the ITSP and GSI partner landscape Skilled at developing trusted partner relationships, from working level to executive level. Business maturity, flexibility, and the instincts to adapt to a high-energy, dynamic environment characterized by innovation and high growth expectations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Operational excellence and business acumen are part of your DNA. Preferred Qualifications You are viewed as an orchestrator capable of training, teaching, and assisting Partners in positioning Cisco’s solutions and architectures in customer engagements. Active listener, comfortable making recommendations, and influencing Partner executives. Why Cisco?
