Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef/Bakery Manager located in London. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked donut and croissant-donut delicacies. Day-to-day tasks include creating dough, shaping, and baking pastries, monitoring oven temperatures, ensuring the quality of the final product, and maintaining an organized and clean workspace. The Pastry Chef will also collaborate with the team to innovate new flavors and maintain inventory of baking supplies.

* Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
* Team Management
* HACCP experience
* SALSA experience beneficial
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Previous experience as a pastry chef or in a similar culinary role is a plus
* Relevant certifications in culinary arts or baking are advantageous
