Responsibilities
* Work as part of a team to deliver a world‑class shopping experience, including replenishment, cash handling, housekeeping and teamwork.
* Provide exceptional customer experience by building rapport, engaging with customers and responding to their needs.
* Manage stock, including unloading and unpacking deliveries, maintaining displays and carrying out stock counts.
* Process a wide variety of transactions, from pocket‑money items to limited‑edition prints.
* Maintain a proactive and flexible approach; adapt to an ever‑changing environment with a positive outlook.

* Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and engaging with a diverse audience.

About The Role
* Flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings on a rota basis.
* Process deliveries and stock handling tasks.
* Occasional evening and early‑morning events.
* Collaborate closely with the Tate St Ives café, gallery teams, and wider trading teams to create a seamless customer experience.
