Manufacturing Manager - Operation Management
Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Department has a supportive role in knowledge management gathering data and storing them in a system.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Team Leadership: Oversee front-line manufacturing employees, across multiple departments and functions. Accountability of team and individual goals / contributions.
2. Operational Management: Ensure daily operations run smoothly and consistently, managing production schedules and material flow.
3. Performance Targets: Drive the team to achieve targets in quality, cost, delivery.
4. Process Improvement: Utilize problem-solving and continuous improvement tools to enhance manufacturing efficiencies and production throughput
5. Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and other functions for alignment on technical and organizational matters.
6. Technical Oversight: Provide technical insight and guidance on processes, equipment, and new product applications. Train and mentor team members specifically across new product integration.
7. Resource Management: Ensure efficient use of all resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

8. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
9. Experience in manufacturing / production, across multiple product lines
10. Knowledge of Industry safety standards
11. Lean/Six Sigma principles
12. Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
