Based primarily on projects across the west of Edinburgh, you will take a key leadership role overseeing building services delivery across a diverse portfolio of schemes, including:
* Education developments
* Defence-sector infrastructure
* Commercial construction projects
With multiple live and upcoming projects secured, this is a stable, long-term opportunity offering real career progression within a highly reputable business. The Role As Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the coordination and delivery of all MEP services, with a strong focus on electrical packages
* Managing subcontractors and specialist supply chain partners to ensure programme, quality, and safety standards are met
* Working closely with project and commercial teams to drive best practice and value engineering solutions
* Providing technical leadership across the lifecycle of projects-from pre-construction through to handover
This role will see you operating as a key figure within the delivery team, influencing both outcomes and culture on site. About You We are keen to speak with experienced Building Services professionals who:

* Have a proven track record delivering building services on large-scale projects
* Are comfortable working in Tier 1 or similarly structured main contractor environments
