Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £90 - £100 Per day Job Duties: - Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and educational activities - Assisting in the preparation of learning materials - Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties - Supervising students in the classroom and during breaks - Helping maintain a positive and safe learning environment Required Qualifications: - GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths - Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting Education: - Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable) Experience: - Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: - Understanding of child development and learning processes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Patience and empathy when working with students Preferred Qualifications: - First Aid certification Working Conditions: - Work in a school setting - Full-time hours, Monday to Friday - Possibility of occasional evening or weekend work for school events or meetings All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
