Candidate Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Experience as a Panel Beater, Paint Sprayer, or SMART Repairer (or related background)
* Ability to work efficiently individually and as part of a team
* Motivated to develop skills and knowledge
* Excellent communication skills and customer service commitment
* Experience with alloy wheels is a plus
Responsibilities
* Communicate politely and effectively with customers and colleagues
* Prepare vehicles for paint spraying and refinishing
* Maintain tools and equipment
* Accurately record hours, materials, and work completed
* Adhere to company administrative regulations
* Manage paint materials inventory
* Refinish vehicle body surfaces and alloy wheels
