This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role responsible for pricing individual works orders issued under our framework agreement.All works are single-sourced and non-competitive, allowing the Estimator to focus on accuracy, compliance and value rather than bid positioning.You will be pricing works using a CESMM Schedule of Rates, with individual work orders typically ranging in value from £500 to £1m.
