About the role:

1. Clinical, data and general administrative support

2. Reception cover and stakeholder communications

3. Oversight of prescription and controlled stationery processes

4. Management of day-to-day office systems and building functions

5. Full Health & Safety compliance across the site, acting as the building H&S lead
6. Provide leadership, support, and development to a dedicated team of staff.
7. Maintaining high-performing and motivated admin teams
8. Help staff improve service user outcomes through observation, feedback, and values-based coaching.
9. Oversee all administrative processes to ensure our services are efficient and effective, making improvements as needed.
10. Actively responsible for developing the team through coaching and embedding excellent customer service.
11. Expected to anticipate and plan for future service demands to ensure capacity.

12. Leads modernisation and streamlining of admin workflows and infrastructure.

13. Oversees formal communication systems, including stakeholder responses and phones/email coordination

14. Holds direct accountability for health and safety compliance and is the lead for audits and risk assessments.

15. Responsible for the effective and safe use of the building and working environment
16. Requires experience in change management, staff engagement, and service improvement.
17. Supporting senior managers with high-quality, personalised administrative assistance

18. Support registered Manager in ensuring full compliance with regulatoryCQC and H&S standards

About You:

21. You can inspire, lead, and develop your team.
22. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
23. Experience in change management, staff engagement, and service improvement.
24. Understanding of how data and performance information to plan, manage capacity, and uphold service quality

Salary Range (pro rata if part time) CGL points 31 to 33 (£35,220.59 - £37,184.90) ILW / OLW /Fringe N/A - Outside London Weighting Area Closing Date 19/7/2025
