THE ROLE: As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling a portfolio of high-quality diagnostic devices, managed service solutions, and consumables to NHS hospitals. Your customers will include pathology laboratories, gastroenterology departments, wards and procurement teams. This is a highly consultative sales role that requires excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work strategically with multiple stakeholders to provide tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

THE PERSON: To be considered for this Account Manager role we are looking for:
Proven experience selling into hospital / pathology laboratories
Scientific degree essential
A motivated, customer-focused individual with a consultative approach
Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

THE PACKAGE FOR THE ACCOUNT MANAGER:
Basic salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Bonus: £16,000 OTE + over performance incentives
