Marketing & Schools Liaison ExecutiveLocation: Cambridgeshire (covering Cambridge and Huntingdon, Driving licence required)Salary: £26,600- £28,600 per annumContract: Full-time, permanentAre you passionate about education, confident speaking in public, and experienced in marketing or events? Staff benefit from a supportive working environment, excellent facilities, and a strong commitment to professional development and wellbeing.About the role:As the Marketing & Schools Liaison Executive, you will be the face of the college at schools, careers fairs, open days and other events. Your main responsibility will be to promote the college's courses and support students in understanding their post-16 education options.You will work closely with the wider marketing team to plan and deliver campaigns and materials that support student recruitment - including email newsletters, case studies, social media content, and printed resources. You'll also help coordinate on-campus events and maintain strong relationships with local schools, sixth forms and external organisations.Key responsibilities:
* Promote the college and its courses to students, parents and school staff.
* Deliver presentations and attend events across the region.
* Build and manage relationships with local schools and partners.
* Organise and attend recruitment events, including open days and school visits.
* Support marketing activities through content creation and campaign support.
* Maintain accurate records and provide feedback on outreach activity.
What we're looking for:
* A confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
* Someone who enjoys working with young people and can engage a range of audiences.
* Organised and proactive, with good attention to detail.
* Marketing, events or outreach experience is essential.
* Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office. Experience using social media for work is a bonus.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential due to travel across the region.
