Responsibilities
* Support Women’s Services, based at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital
* Assist Service and Unit Operational Management teams
* Collate reports related to waiting times
* Manage staff, including staff management, medical rotas and IP & OP targets
Qualifications
* Education: HNC/HND or equivalent
* Previous similar service NHS hospital experience (essential)
* Experience within NHSG, staff management, medical rotas and IP & OP targets
* Excellent IT skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Good organisational, time management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as a team player
* Self‑motivated, able to manage and prioritise a varied and challenging workload
* Degree of flexibility required
Other Information
Women’s Services will be moving to the Baird Family Hospital in 2025/26 – an opportunity to be part of a significant redesign of the services.
