Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonuses
Registered Care Manager vacancies in Derby: We are hiring an experienced Registered Manager to join a team as a Home Manager for a new 3-bed service in the Derby City area.

The role
As a Home Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver excellent care and support for young people within the service. You'll also be responsible for carrying out routine meetings, supervisions, probationary reviews, and leading investigations for any concerns raised with your staff team.
Requirements

* Recent experience working within the residential sector at a registered manager level within a Children residential learning disabilities service.
* You'll also need a Certified Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce), or equivalent, as a minimum.
* a Certified Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards completing this.
* Additionally, you should have experience in leading and supervising a team within a Residential Child Care setting.
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
