Were working with a high-performing secondary school and sixth form in Barnet to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to support boys aged 1418. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring educational psychologists, youth workers, therapists, or those interested in adolescent mental health.
As a Learning Support Assistant, youll provide tailored support to pupils in KS4 and KS5 both in-class and on a 1:1 basis helping students with Autism, ADHD, and other SEND needs to access learning and reach their potential. Youll be joining a dedicated team of psychology-minded graduates who share a passion for student welfare and inclusion.
The schools SEND department is led by an experienced SENDCo with a background in psychology and therapeutic education. Youll benefit from regular mentoring, training sessions, and a well-resourced support structure that values graduate input and professional development.
