We’re looking for a bold, experienced Regional Operations Director to lead a portfolio of care homes all situated in prime, highly desirable locations across The Midlands. This is a unique chance to oversee homes that are not only operationally strong but also thriving communities, where residents feel at home and teams feel supported.
The Role
You’ll provide clear, inspiring leadership across all homes, ensuring exceptional care, full regulatory compliance, and strong commercial performance. By guiding Home Managers and their teams, you’ll create a culture of excellence where residents thrive, staff are motivated, and each home operates at its best.

* Experienced in multi-site leadership within elderly care.
* Confident with CQC regulations and quality standards.
* Commercially savvy, with a proven track record of growth and results.
* Inspirational, approachable, and people-focused.
* Flexible to travel across the region, with occasional overnight stays.
