We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team within a fast-growing social media startup.
In this role, you will assist with end-to-end recruitment coordination and daily HR operations, helping the team manage a high volume of hiring activities efficiently. You will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate management, and onboarding within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
* Support initial candidate screening and coordination of screening calls.
* Maintain accurate interview records and follow up on interview feedback and evaluation forms.
* Assist with onboarding processes for new joiners.
* Provide general HR and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements
* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition; prior internship experience is a plus.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
