About the Role
We're looking for a professional and personable Night Concierge to join our team at RMG. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you'll be the welcoming face of the development, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the building remains a safe, secure, and pleasant place to live.

Working Pattern
Nights 4 on 4 off rolling rota – 7 PM to 7 AM
What You'll Be Doing
1. Providing a warm, professional welcome to all residents and guests
2. Conducting regular building checks and patrols ensuring communal areas are clean and secure
3. Handling queries, complaints, and emergencies with calm and courtesy
4. Monitoring CCTV and managing visitor access
5. Managing deliveries and post in line with company procedures
6. Issuing and logging keys responsibly
7. Proactively addressing cleaning and maintenance issues
8. Ensuring bikes are stored correctly and issuing warnings for unattended ones
What We're Looking For
9. Front of House experience in residential or hospitality setting
10. Excellent customer service and communication skills
11. Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure
12. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
13. Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-presented
14. Able to use initiative and prioritise workload
15. Confident handling complaints and difficult situations
