Senior Lettings Negotiator - Coventry Basic Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum On Target Earnings: £35,000 Are you an energetic, excellent communicator and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading independent estate agent? If so, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: To create and arrange market appraisals, identifying client needs and aligning them with suitable service levels Have a deep understanding of our services and products, seeking cross-selling opportunities Negotiate contracts and fees, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained before property marketing Take high quality photos and write accurate descriptions for market listings To create and arrange viewings and where necessary accompany prospective tenants To maintain an effective applicant and client list. To facilitate new lettings by negotiation between Landlords and Tenants. To assist in the administration of new lettings, conduct suitable references on individuals that are applying to become tenants of property The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience of a similar role is desirable. Up to date knowledge of current lettings legislation and landlord / tenant laws is desired but not essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills. ARLA qualified or willing to work towards an ARLA qualification. A positive and adaptive attitude to help the team achieve their goals. Full driving license required.
