An opportunity has arisen to join a busy and supportive team in Kilrea as an Internal Sales & Administration Assistant. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to the internal sales function while carrying out general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations and a high level of customer service.

What you'll be doing in this role:
* Perform general office administration tasks.
* Maintain organised filing systems (digital and paper).
* Assist with data entry and updating company databases
* Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery times, and product information.
* Support the sales team in following up quotations and customer communications.
* Provide professional and friendly communication with customers.
* Respond to customer queries and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary.
What you'll need for this role:
* Good organisational and administrative skills.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, email, CRM systems).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
