Tradewind Education is recruiting for a range of Teaching Assistant positions in schools across Chesham & Buckinghamshire. This opportunity includes placements in both mainstream secondary schools and specialist SEN provisions.
The Role:
* Supportive staff teams and structured training
* Opportunities across a range of year groups and needs
* Clear behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures
* Potential routes into teaching or long-term roles
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students in class to access learning
* Provide small-group or one-to-one intervention
* Assist with classroom preparation and resources
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
* Support students with additional needs where required
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people (essential)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A patient, proactive attitude
* Experience supporting SEN (preferred but not essential)
