Delamere Lake Sailing and Holiday Park. This is a unique opportunity to take

What
You’ll Do
In
this varied role, you will:
* Carry out general
property maintenance including repairs,
decorating and basic plumbing
* Support the upkeep and presentation
of the park through grounds
maintenance including mowing, trimming and
seasonal works
* Help maintain all hot
tubs, including water testing, compliance checks and reporting
faults
* Support accommodation readiness,
ensuring units are maintained to a high standard for guests
* Maintain stock levels of equipment,
chemicals and consumables
* Work closely with colleagues
across departments to support smooth park operations
* Follow all Health & Safety
procedures and safe working practices
* Help maintain the park to the five-star
standards our owners and guests expect
Who
We’re Looking For
We’re
looking for someone who brings:
* Experience in property
maintenance, grounds work or a practical multi-skilled role
* A hands-on approach
and strong problem-solving skills
* Pride in delivering high standards
and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as
part of a team
* Good communication
and customer service skills
* Awareness of Health &
Safety and safe working practices
* Flexible approach to working hours,
this role operates on a 5
out of 7 days schedule, including weekends, potentially 1 in every
4, as well as bank holiday availability.
Desirable:
* Hot tub or water testing experience
* COSHH experience
* PWTAG or BISHTA knowledge
* Full UK driving licence
