Overview
The School of Creative Industries is looking for enthusiastic, industry experienced, and highly motivated Lecturer to join our Interior Design & Architecture teaching team based at our Luton Campus. The successful candidate will be employed on an hourly paid basis, working 6.25 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Responsibilities
* Teach across our large, flagship course, delivering industry skills and knowledge to students.
* Lead CAD across the course and ensure alignment with contemporary design practices.
* Support students, stakeholders and employers to drive continuous improvement and higher standards.
* Provide prompt, accurate and detailed assessment of student work at key stages during the academic year.
* Contribute to course development to reflect industry practices and meet contemporary industry needs.
* Be proactive in professional development and adapt teaching style to a diverse student cohort.
