A well-established local authority in West Yorkshire is seeking experienced Class 2a Registered Building Inspectors to join their team on long-term contracts. Multiple positions are available, offering excellent hourly rates, hybrid working, and the chance to work on a variety of projects within the community.
Role: Class 2a Registered Building Inspector
Location: West Yorkshire (Hybrid – office attendance once per week)
Pay: From £50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Start Date: Immediate start available, but the authority will wait for the right candidates
Requirements:
* Fully Class 2a Registration
* Proven experience as a Building Inspector
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance standards
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
