MAK Jobs is expanding its dynamic team in Rugby and looking for a Contract Recruitment Consultant to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
Location: Rugby
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am5:00pm (flexibility required)
Are you an experienced recruitment professional ready to take charge of established industrial contracts? As a key member of our team, youll manage end-to-end recruitment for industrial contracts.
Responsibilities Include
* Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates .
* Building tailored recruitment solutions aligned with client needs.
* Visiting client sites to strengthen relationships and understand operational demands.
* Managing monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.
* Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate internal records.
* Overseeing timesheets, absences, and compliance for agency workers.
* Updating job postings across boards and social media.
* Being on-call to address urgent staffing needs.

* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial sector
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Goal-driven you thrive on smashing targets and delivering results.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and occasional shift adjustments.
* A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
