Hays are supporting a law firm looking to recruit a permanent 2nd line Application Support Technician. The role is hybrid working typically 2/3 days on site in central Bristol and is paying up to c£40,000pa depending on experience. Your new r ole & w hat you' ll need to succeed
In the role you will join the technical team and provide application support across the business, including recording, diagnosing, monitoring and resolving problems. You'll provide a broad range of second line support including via telephone, email and face to face. You'll work closely with the service desk team and deal with escalations when required. To be considered for this role, you will have worked in a similar IT role, ideally supporting software and applications. You'll need good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server technologies, including the M365 suite, Windows server, etc. Knowledge of bespoke in-house legal applications would be beneficial, ideally iManage & BigHand. Relevant experience across the specific technologies such as Azure, Intune, Windows Server, SCCM, PowerShell would be beneficial.
