Key Qualifications:
* Proven track record as a Head Waiter in high-end restaurants or luxury cruise lines.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Proficiency in at least conversational Japanese is mandatory.
* Comprehensive understanding of international cuisines and fine dining etiquette.
