The role will also provide one to one emotional support for siblings, struggling with anticipatory grief and bereavement. The role will be based at the hospice and in the community.
Hours for the role are 22.5 hours over 3 days. Applicants will be required to work flexibly, weekend and evenings will be required to accommodate service.

A strong and adaptable communicator, able to tailor your approach to meet different ages, abilities and communication needs.
Passionate about supporting children, young people and families, with the flexibility to work across a seven-day service, including some evenings and weekends.
