Our client is currently seeking an SSSTS Site Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis in Newport.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising civil and concrete works on-site, ensuring high standards of safety and quality
* Overseeing daily site operations and coordinating with team members to achieve project goals
* Managing and conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
* Liaising with the project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
* Monitoring the progress of work and providing regular updates
Job Requirements:
* SSSTS Certificate
* Solid experience supervising civil and concrete works
* Knowledge of CPCS/NPORS or plant operations is beneficial
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
