We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Management Assistant to join our busy and growing Property Management Team. This role is vital to the smooth running of our department, supporting the delivery of a full property and asset management service across a large, varied portfolio. If you have experience within a professional business environment—and ideally previous exposure to MRI QUBE or ProLease —we would love to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing In this role you will provide key administrative and organisational support to the Property Management Team. You will assist in managing supplier processes, coordinating property management tasks, and ensuring efficient and compliant operations across the portfolio. Administrative & Operational Support Assist in the creation, payment, reconciliation, and maintenance of suppliers. Check daily reports detailing all departmental expenditure. Assist in maintaining accurate property data and documentation, both paper and electronic files, on various property management systems (experience of property software such as MRI QUBE/ProLease is an advantage). Logging and tracking correspondence and legal documentation. Creation of high-quality professional documentation. Property Management Assistance Handle day-to-day enquiries from landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders Coordinate property inspections, including security services at vacant properties Organise works with contractors and surveyors, ensuring timely completion. Assist in ensuring rent demands, insurance invoices, service charges and other payment requests are checked for accuracy and paid promptly. Assist in identifying opportunities to add value to client and cross departmental relationships. Support the handling of legal notices and compliance documentation. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a professional business environment; commercial property administration experience is highly desirable. GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Experience using MRI QUBE or ProLease or similar software would be a strong advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work both independently (without supervision) and as part of a team Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines.
