What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Monitor, motivate, and evaluate Warehouse Operatives performances to ensure customer expectations are being achieved / exceeded
* Developing, monitoring, and controlling key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Provide coaching through observations and provide performance feedback
* Execute the daily work plan by adjusting the workflow to meet goals, by conducting daily briefs
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous supervisory experience within a similar environment
* Ability to build relationship with colleagues at all levels and teamworking skills
* Understanding of Health & Safety regulations
* Experience of MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
