Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality service and reactive repairs to lighting and power distribution systems. Maintain motors, pumps, fan coil units, and HVAC control panels. Act as the Appointed Person (AP) Electrical for the contract and manage BMS control systems. Strictly adhere to Health & Safety, COSHH, and Waste Disposal regulations. Maintain precise asset histories, maintenance records, and helpdesk reports. Support on-site personnel and participate in a standard on-call rota.
