Nursery Deputy Manager - Full Time
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire (PE21)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, shift-based between 7:00am - 6:00pm
Start Date: As soon as possible
Simply Education are working in partnership with a well-established and welcoming nursery to recruit a Deputy Manager for a full-time, permanent position.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy nursery.
The Role:
As Nursery Deputy Manager, you will:
* Support the Nursery Manager in the overall management of the setting
* Lead and motivate the nursery team to deliver outstanding care and education
* Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
* Act as a role model for best practice in early years
* Support staff development, supervision, and mentoring
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
* Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A passionate, proactive, and supportive leadership style
