Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter and update information into company databases and spreadsheets.
* Verify the accuracy of data before inputting.
* Review data for errors or missing information and resolve any inconsistencies.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
* Assist with scanning, filing, and organizing paper documents as needed.
* Generate reports and assist with basic data analysis as directed.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Good typing speed and data entry skills.
