Pay: From 90 per day (PAYE)
Are you ready to start a rewarding role where you can make a daily impact on young people's lives? Long Term Futures is working with a friendly and inclusive secondary school in Rubery that is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join its team immediately.
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Providing tailored support to students in mainstream lessons and small group settings
* Helping young people with emotional regulation, social skills, and resilience
* Assisting teachers with adapting resources to ensure inclusive learning
* Monitoring progress and sharing feedback to inform personalised support plans
* Promoting a calm, respectful, and engaging learning environment every day
What We\'re Looking For
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEN in a school or similar setting
* A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to supporting learners
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
* A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is an advantage, but not essential with the right experience
