Project Lead CAE Next Generation High Speed Rotating Technology

A next-generation developer of high-speed rotating technology is on a mission to revolutionise the industry with cutting-edge rotating systems.

As they continue rapid expansion, they're seeking a Project Lead CAE to play a critical role in engineering analysis and design assurance for their next wave of high-performance systems.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to lead a dynamic team of analysts tackling complex engineering challenges in structural, thermal, and vibration domains. You'll be instrumental in ensuring their designs are robust, efficient, and truly world-class pushing the limits of technology.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Leading and planning all CAE activities across projects, including FEA and multiphysics simulations.
2. Coaching and mentoring a growing team of CAE engineers, nurturing technical excellence and innovation.
3. Defining and implementing engineering processes and certification methodologies.
4. Supporting product development from concept through to validation and launch.
5. Interfacing with project, R&D, quality, customer, and supply chain teams to deliver cutting-edge product...
