Job Description
3. Oversee all company accounts and investments
4. Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
5. Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
6. Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems
7. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
8. Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation
9. Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
10. Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controller should have:
11. A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
12. Proven experience in a finance leadership role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
13. Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
14. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
15. Proficiency in accounting software
