Events Coordinator

A brilliant opportunity for an Events Coordinator to join a respected private equity firm on a 6-month FTC.
You’ll work closely with a talented events team on global programmes, from logistics through to execution.
The Role
Join a well-established private equity firm with a genuinely collaborative culture. You will work alongside a highly experienced Head of Events and two Event Managers who are warm, hardworking and looking for a motivated team player to join them.
You’ll provide day-to-day support across the full event cycle, ensuring smooth planning and delivery of high-quality events. The team runs a broad portfolio across multiple regions, so you will have exposure to a variety of formats and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting venue sourcing and managing supplier communication
* Coordinating travel logistics including flights, transfers and schedules
* Tracking registrations and managing guestlists
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Providing on the day support at events when required
* Delivering general administrative and logistical support across the events calendar
